Founder/Personal Trainer

Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, I’m passionate about helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives. As a husband and father to two boys, I understand the importance of balancing family, work, and personal well-being. I founded Technique Fitness with a clear mission: to provide top-notch, personalized training that empowers people to achieve their goals—whether it’s losing fat, building muscle, or relieving stress.

With a B.S. in Biology from ETSU and over a decade of experience in personal training, I’ve honed my expertise in fitness science and techniques that truly work. My certifications, combined with years of hands-on experience, ensure that every session is backed by knowledge and tailored to each individual’s needs.

I started in the big gym world but quickly realized that my true calling was to create a local gym with heart—a place where community comes first. At Technique Fitness, we lead with love and authenticity, making sure every member feels seen, heard, and supported.

General Manager/Personal Trainer

As a proud Marine Corps Veteran (’04-’12) and certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience, I’ve built my career around passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals and make lasting changes. As the General Manager of Technique Fitness, I strive to provide our members with top-notch training and a supportive environment where they can excel. I’m also a dedicated husband and father. I bring the same level of care and commitment to my clients, helping them succeed both in and out of the gym.
